Makes up the main production structure in the form of wadding, and is attained by using fiber raw materials of various cut

SPECIFICATIONS

• Attained from polyester or visil fiber raw materials
• Can be manufactured at between 80 gr/m² -2000 gr/m²
• Can be manufactured in rolls with widths up to 3000 mm
• Can be contour or plain cut upon request
• Lets air flow through
• Heat insulating properties
• Soft pile feels good to the touch
• Hypo-allergenic, non-odorous
• Can be washed at up to 40 ºC. Has long use life.
• Does not maintain humidity.
• Comes in ecru or white

• PE Cylinder packaging (the cylinder length depends on the width of the wadding)
• Vacuum packaging possible upon request

THERMOBOND PRODUCT TYPES

TERMO ® SOFT
One of our standard thermobond fiber types. Preferred for soft product designs.

TERMO ® FİRM
One of our firmer wadding types. Preferably used under thicker fabrics.

TERMO ® SOFT FLARET
Flame retardant characteristics. Preferred for public living areas and export products. Other properties are the same as that of TERMO®SOFT.

TERMO ® FİRM  FLARET
Flame retardant characteristics. Preferred for public living areas and export products. Other specifications are the same as that of TERMO®FİRM

TERMO ® SİL
Manufactured with silicone containing raw materials. It is soft. It will not depress or gather. It is especially preferred for products that require a soft touch and baby products. Vacuum packaging is not recommended.

TERMO ® FIRE BARRIER

Made of a raw material called visil and is used as a fire barrier material in upholstered products and mattresses. Fire barrier characteristics remain even after washing. Has a soft touch. Especially used for products made for public living areas and products exported to the U.S.A.
