History
As Boydak Holding’s only plant in the chemical industry, Form Foam Company was founded in 2002. Form Foam Mattress Industry and Trade Co. carries out activities on a total of 62,000 m² area and 200 personnel for the manufacture of fiber, TDI – MDI based block foam and injection mould foam. Our company is a technology center in the area of chemicals within Boydak Holding.
Advanced technology production and high capacity allowed our company to join the ranks of Turkey’s 500 largest companies as the 480th largest in 2009 by expanding production capacity in a short period of time.
We supply foam for sofas, sitting groups, mattresses as well as the automotive, furniture, home textiles and insulation sectors.
Form Foam is a reliable supplier of various color foams, custom made to specified density, dimension, shape and physical characteristics with the use of high technology production capacity and commitment to quality production and widespread service network.
Our company has the Integrated Administration Systems certificate which encompasses the ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Work Safety and Security systems.
