Turkey’s only company with the CERTIPUR certificate
Boydak Holding’s sole company in the chemicals sector was founded on January 9, 2002. With 10 million YTL capital, the company manufactures on 62,000 m² of area comprising of 34,000 m² of closed and 28,000 m² of open area.
We are produce the manufacture of high quality polyurethane foam which is a basic production supply for production activities ranging from sitting groups, sofas, mattresses, automotive, home textiles, packaging, heat and sound insulation in 2007.
60 % of annual production is supplied to factories under the Boydak Holding umbrella. The remaining 40% of production is presented to the general Turkish production market through a developed distribution network. Form Foam carries out activities with a staff of 188 person. With 800,000 m³ of foam production, the company holds a leadership position in the polyurethane foam sector in Turkey. Elastic polyurethane foam with varying densities, colors, dimensions, shapes and physical properties are manufactured and cut to international quality standards at Form Foam’s plants equipped with the latest technology machinery. Form Foam has an integrated quality administration system including ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment, and OHSAS 18001-2008 Occupational Health and Safety Systems and is also Turkey’s first company to receive the CERTIPUR certificate to prove its conformance to the SHE (Safety, Healthy, Environment) standards developed by EUROPUR (European Polyurethane Foam Manufacturer’s Association).
Form Foam consumed 17,500 tons of raw materials and totalled 27,500,000 USD of imports in 2008.
